Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Net Net – Profit Dashboard (the “App”), provided by BULLETHEAD LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Shop No 2A2, Heera Panna Shopping, Shankaracharya Rd, CTS No. 7/3, Off Vill Ko Pan, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400078. By installing the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
Net Net is a Shopify-embedded profit analytics application. It connects to your Shopify store and, optionally, your Meta and Google Ads accounts, to calculate true net profit per order, per product, and across your business.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store, be authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business that owns the store, and be at least 18 years of age.
3. Subscription and Billing

3.2 Billing
All billing is processed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. By subscribing, you authorise Shopify to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis.
3.3 Cancellation
Cancel at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds and credits are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing practices.
3.4 Plan Changes
Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the App, use it to process data for stores you don't own, scrape or resell App data, or bypass subscription limits.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Accuracy of Profit Calculations
Accuracy depends on COGS being correctly configured, ad platform connections being active, and Shopify order data being complete. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from missing configurations or incorrect third-party data. We target accuracy to $0.01 per order against a manual spreadsheet calculation. If your numbers are off, contact bullethead.apps@gmail.com and we will investigate.
AI-generated weekly summaries are produced using artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors or incomplete analysis. These reports are for informational purposes and should be verified before making business decisions.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates from those platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
All content, design, code, and materials in the App are owned by BULLETHEAD LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for your own business purposes during an active subscription.
8.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the App, including cost configurations. We claim no ownership over your store data.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, feature suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The App is an analytics tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, and accounting decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BULLETHEAD LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by Shopify or applicable law, or if we discontinue the App (with reasonable notice). Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination of these Terms.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
